The front of this oval mottled dark green Art Deco clamp bangle is carved with a floral style decoration.
The carving is in high relief with twisted gilt wire wrapped around the base of the two floral sections.
The back of the bangle is poiished bakelite.
The bangle is hinged so that it opens at the oppposite side to the hinge.

Good with some light scratches to the bakelite commensurate with age and wear but no losses.
Hinge is secure although it has some discolouration to the metal.
The yellow mark on the side of the bangle visible in the photograph is within the bakelite.
There are two oval indentations in the back of the top of the bangle but these contain the ends of the twisted wire so presumably were used for threading purposes.
