These earrings were designed by Bjorn Weckstrom for Lapponia the Finnish jewellers.
The top of each earring is a silver square flat plate behind which is a screw back fitting.
A solid silver oblong bar with an integrated round link at each end hangs from the square top.
The distinctive 'creased' and folded geometric uneven shaped piece of silver hangs from the bottom of the silver bar.
The earrings are stamped 'Finland Lapponia Bjorn', the date mark 'V7' for 1974 the Finnish National Mark of a single crown ' 925' and the Lapponia three pointed crown mark.
