This silver ring is by Elis Kauppi for Kapittaan Kulta the Finnish silversmiths and jewellers.

The top of the ring has two levels, with the amethyst bead sitting between the two levels held in place by each level's double armed fitting.

The ring is stamped "Finland 925S" and has the anvil mark for Kapittaan Kulta.

The ring does not have a date letter but probably dates to around the 1970-80s but certainly pre-dates 1997 being the date when Kapittaan Kulta closed.
