This silver collar-style necklace is by the Finnish silversmith and jeweller Lappona.
The necklace is known as Croos Waves/Cross Waves and consists of a large central abstract shaped frosted silver section between twelve curved rectangular frosted silver articulated bar links.
There is a concealed fastener.
The rear of the central section is signed 'Lapponia 925' and has the Finnish National Mark of a single crown and the Lapponia three pointed crown mark.
The date letter is indistinct but Cross Waves was in production from around 1989-1991.
