The pendant consists of a craved 'Man in.the Moon' orangish moonstone rubover set in a round silver tube setting..
Hanging from the moonstone set tube are a pair of fancy link silver chains leading to a gilded silver bat with outstretched wings.
On the back of the moonstone set tube are two covered loops enabling the pendant to be removed from the fancy link silver chain on which it hangs.
The chain has a bolt ring fastener.
