The oval tops of these earrings are made of silver that has been gilded.

The tops are claw set with an oval cabochon cut saphiret with a faceted back.

Hanging from each top is a re-purposed vintage gilded base metal eagle's claw holding an opaline glass sphere.

The earrings have gilded silver posts and butterflies for pierced ears
