In the centre of the matte silver ring is an oval aquamarine with an estimate weight of 3.47ct.
The aquamarine is set at an angle across the ring within a double rubover setting, the inner setting being in polished 9ct yellow gold and the outer in polished silver.
The outer shank is matte and 'faceted' silver whilst the inner shank is polished sliver.
The ring is hallmarked by the London Assay Office for silver, & bears the sponsor's mark ‘A&SP’ for Alan & Sue Poultney.
